Fulfillment: Orders ship from our fulfillment centre in El Monte, California. Delivery is typically 3–7 business days.
Dog sizing is the hardest part of buying pet clothes. We publish back length and chest girth for every size so you can order once — and if it still comes out wrong, this page tells you exactly what happens next. No restocking fees, no arguing about it.
The 30-day fit swap — nothing to post back
If the size is wrong, keep the original. We send the right size and you never ship anything back to us. No labels to print, no trip to the post office.
- If we sent the wrong size, or the item arrived faulty — the replacement is free. No charge at all.
- If we sent the size you ordered but it does not fit your dog — a flat $4.99 covers postage on the replacement.
A swap is the same item in a different size. One swap per order, requested within 30 days of delivery.
Email hello@yikeyo.com with:
- Your order number
- Your dog's weight
- Back length — base of the neck to the base of the tail
- Chest girth — all the way around the widest part of the ribcage
We confirm the size with you before it ships. Most swaps are on their way within one business day.
Changed your mind? Returns for a refund
Return any unworn, unwashed item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Items must come back in resalable condition — trying it on is expected and fine, but if a return arrives washed, soiled or damaged so it can no longer be resold, we cannot refund it and will send it back to you.
Two ways to take it back:
- Refund to your original payment method — you get back what you actually paid for the item, after any discount applied at checkout. You cover return shipping. Original shipping is not refunded unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
