Returns & Exchanges
Dog sizing is the hardest part of buying pet clothes. We publish back length and chest girth for every size so you can order once — and if it still comes out wrong, this page tells you exactly what happens next. No restocking fees, no arguing about it.
The 30-day fit swap
If the size is wrong, we exchange it. Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will send the correct size at no cost to you. You only pay return shipping if the item has been worn outdoors or washed.

- Your order number
- Your dog's weight
- Back length — base of the neck to the base of the tail
- Chest girth — all the way around the widest part of the ribcage
We will confirm the size we would send, post it out, and include a return bag for the original. Most swaps are on their way within one business day.
Returns for a refund
Changed your mind? Return any unworn, unwashed item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Original shipping is not refunded unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
Email hello@yikeyo.com with your order number and which items are coming back, and we will reply with the return address. Please contact us before sending anything — parcels that arrive unannounced cannot be matched to an order and cannot be refunded.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full including shipping, and in most cases you will not need to return anything.
What we cannot take back
- Items that have been washed, or worn outdoors
- Items carrying hair, odour, or damage beyond a try-on
- Anything more than 30 days past delivery
- Gift cards, and items marked final sale on the product page
Trying a garment on indoors is expected and absolutely fine — that is the only way to check a fit.
How long a refund takes
We inspect returns within 2 business days of arrival and refund to your original payment method the same day. Banks then take a further 5–10 business days to post it. You will get an email the moment the refund leaves us.
Exchanges for a different style
The fit swap covers a different size. For a different print or style, return the original for a refund and place a new order — that way you are not waiting on our inspection before the new piece ships.
Bought on Amazon, Temu or Walmart?
Those orders are handled through each marketplace's own returns system, and we cannot look them up from here. Start the return on the platform you ordered from. We are still glad to help with sizing advice — just email us.
Still deciding?
Use the size finder on our homepage before you order. Enter a weight and it gives you the size plus the two measurements that confirm it. It prevents most of the returns on this page.
