These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of yikeyo.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from Yikeyo. The Site is operated by DFUN TRADING LTD., doing business as Yikeyo (“Yikeyo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By visiting the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility and permitted use

You must be at least the age of majority in your province, state, or country to make a purchase, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may use the Site only for lawful personal or household shopping purposes. You must not misuse the Site, attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, scrape the Site without authorization, commit fraud, impersonate another person, or violate applicable law.

3. Products and pet sizing

Yikeyo sells pet clothing and related accessories. We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, photographs, measurements, materials, descriptions, and prices accurately. Colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, manufacturing batches, and device displays.

Pet clothing sizes are not standardized across brands or products. Before ordering, please review the measurements published for the individual product and measure your pet while standing. Chest girth and back length are generally more reliable than breed or weight alone. If your pet is between sizes, follow the guidance shown on the applicable product page.

Because fabrics and garment construction vary, stretch and fit may differ between products. A size that fits in one Yikeyo style might not fit identically in another.

You are responsible for selecting an appropriate size and supervising your pet while clothing or accessories are being worn. Remove the product immediately if your pet shows discomfort, restricted movement, breathing difficulty, overheating, chewing, or skin irritation.

4. Recovery apparel disclaimer

Yikeyo recovery suits and related garments are apparel products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, injury, infection, or medical condition.

Recovery apparel is not a substitute for veterinary treatment, professional medical advice, wound monitoring, or any protective device recommended by your veterinarian. Consult a qualified veterinarian before using recovery apparel following surgery, injury, or treatment. Stop using the garment and contact your veterinarian if your pet experiences discomfort, swelling, irritation, wound changes, restricted breathing, impaired movement, or other concerning symptoms.

5. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after we confirm acceptance or begin fulfilling it.

We may reject, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions, unusually large quantities, or misuse of a promotion. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Please review your shipping address, products, colors, sizes, and quantities carefully before submitting an order. Contact us promptly if something is incorrect. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after fulfillment begins.

6. Prices, payments, taxes, and currency

Prices are displayed in the currency selected or presented on the Site and may change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and order totals will be shown at checkout when available. Currency conversions displayed by payment providers or financial institutions may differ, and your provider may charge additional conversion or transaction fees.

You represent that the payment and billing information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

7. Promotions and bundle savings

Unless otherwise stated, Yikeyo’s automatic volume discount is:

• Buy 2 eligible items: save 10%

• Buy 3 eligible items: save 20%

• Buy 4 or more eligible items: save 30%

Eligibility and the final discount are calculated at checkout. Product exclusions may apply where disclosed. If an order is changed, cancelled, partially returned, or adjusted, its discount may be recalculated based on the number of eligible items remaining.

Promotional codes, welcome offers, automatic discounts, and volume discounts cannot be combined unless the checkout expressly permits them. Promotions have no cash value, cannot be applied retroactively, and may be modified or discontinued for future purchases. We will not retroactively change a promotion that has already been validly applied to an accepted order.

8. Shipping and delivery

We currently serve customers in the United States. Availability may depend on the destination, product, carrier, and applicable restrictions.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over US$25 where the offer is displayed. The qualifying threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur because of carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, peak demand, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Returns, refunds, and fit swaps

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and fit swaps are governed by our published Refund Policy. Please review that policy before purchasing.

Products must meet the eligibility and condition requirements stated in the Refund Policy. Certain products may be excluded for hygiene, safety, final-sale, customization, or other disclosed reasons, subject to applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

10. Product availability and corrections

Products and variants may be limited in quantity or unavailable. We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, pricing mistakes, inventory errors, or omissions and update information at any time.

If a material error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you with the corrected information and give you an opportunity to confirm or cancel the affected portion.

11. Reviews, photographs, and customer content

If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, testimonial, social-media post, or other content to Yikeyo, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to submit it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

You grant Yikeyo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute the submitted content in connection with our Site, social channels, advertising, and business operations, subject to applicable law and any separate agreement with you.

We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, irrelevant, infringing, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate. We do not promise to publish every submission.

We will not knowingly misrepresent a customer review. Reviews imported or quoted from another marketplace should be identified by their applicable source when appropriate.

12. Intellectual property

The Site and its content—including the Yikeyo name, logos, text, graphics, photographs, product designs, page layouts, and software—are owned by or licensed to DFUN TRADING LTD. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

13. Third-party services and links

The Site may use or link to services operated by third parties, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, review providers, analytics services, and social-media platforms.

We are not responsible for third-party sites, services, terms, privacy practices, availability, or content. Your use of those services may be governed by separate agreements with the applicable provider.

When you provide an email address or telephone number in connection with an order, you agree to receive transactional messages concerning that order. Marketing communications are sent only as permitted by applicable law, and you may unsubscribe using the instructions provided.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Products are subject to any express description, warranty, and mandatory consumer protection applicable to the sale. We do not exclude warranties or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DFUN TRADING LTD. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or products.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by law. These Terms do not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.

Customers remain responsible for supervising their pets and using products in accordance with product instructions, sizing information, veterinary guidance, and reasonable safety precautions.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold DFUN TRADING LTD. harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

18. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional protections applicable to you, disputes will be submitted to the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.

If the consumer laws of your province, state, or country provide rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights remain unaffected.
